Wire EDM: Electrical discharge machining (EDM), also known by different names such as spark machining or spark eroding, burning, die sinking, wire burning or wire erosion, is a manufacturing process that is employed by our employees to get desired shapes that are obtained by using electrical discharges i.e. sparks.
Extrusion: Used to develop machine parts that have a fixed cross-sectional profile. In this process, a material is pushed through a mold of the desired cross-sectional area.

First part provides very low cost Rapid Plastic Molds and Plastic Molding to challenge some high quantity vacuum casting applications and delivery can come down to 2 weeks or less. These two issues cannot always be achieved simultaneously, however injection moulding must now be considered as a prototyping solution with the potential to also address early production requirements.

Rapid Die Casting

The highly accurate process provide by First Part is capable of casting fine detail with excellent surfaces. Complex parting lines can be accommodated, as well as side actions via hand loads. This approach is not recommended for use with thin, tall standing part detail or with cast-in water lines. Typical lead times range from five to eight weeks dependent on part size and complexity.

Turning can be either on the outside of the cylinder or on the inside (also known as boring) to produce tubular components to various geometries. With the application of lathe, we can produce various shapes of materials such as straight, conical, curved, or grooved work piece. Rapid wire EDM

In first part, we can perfectly handle the wire eroding work to match your equipment. Wire eroding developed on the basis of spark perforation and the shaping. It is a manufacturing process by using electrical discharges to shape a desired part.  Material is removed from the work piece by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage. One of the electrodes is called the tool-electrode, or simply the ‘tool’ or ‘electrode’, while the other is called the work piece-electrode, or ‘workpiece’.
